In the spirit of Halloween I plan on watching at least one horror movie a day (bad, good, scary, B, etc. etc.). Last night I watched Black Christmas again, which is a great film. This morning I am sitting at my desk at work revisiting Friday the 13th part 8 Jason takes Manhattan.
Am I missing something or did he actualy say, "We clean the sewers of New York every night at midnight with TOXIC WASTE"?? Does this seem like a bad idea to anyone else but me?
I think it would be fun to start a letter writing campaign to stop cleaning the sewers of New York with toxic waste . . .  if nothing else it would be fun to see what kind of protests would start!! :)

Well, that's an old cliche. Screenwriters, apparently, are stupid, and the only climaxes they can come up with involve our heroes luckily ending up in an old factory or wharehouse or laser-cutting refinery or something.

I'm watching a film a day, too. Last night it was They Live, the night before Romero's The Dark Half.

"Thye Live" is a great one I always have a soft spot for John Carpenter films but who doesn't??
Tonight the movie was "Red Dragon", tomorrow night will be "Manhunter", and for Sunday I am going to try to have "Sociopath Sunday" (More fun then Monday Night Football!) and try to get "Maniac", "Madman", and "Deranged" in one day! Wish me luck!!
