Just finished the Critters movies

I always thought that the second was the coolest one, the weird thing about it is that Brad was the only member of his family that went to visit ol' Granny.  Guess that means no one gave 2 craps about her.  But the only problem was that Charlie had to be in each one.  The subtitle for the 3rd should have been "Charlie Ruins The Franchise."  I have a strong belief that the original ending to Critters 2 left him in the ship that blew up, but Don Opper started crying and threatened to gouge his eyes out with the prop needles that come out of the Critters and demanded the script be re-written.  I wished  Ug would have blown him away with his cannon gun just because he's so irritating.

The second one had the most imagination. One of the bounty hunters turning into a playboy centerfold (complete with staples) and the huge ball of crites running over hapless yokles. 3 and 4 are just pants.

Anyone notice Leonardo Decaprio as one of the main characters of critters three?  Also notice that in many Leonardo Decaprio roles he's either addicted to drugs or mentally challenged?  Let's take a look (St. Elsewhere, Basketball Diaries, What's Eating Gilbert Grape, The Beach)  OK it isn't that many but I'm sure there's more.
