P. Jackson doing another zombie film?!!

According to this Peter Jackson is planning will do a couple of smaller projects after that pesky Lord Of The Rings thing is done. One of them might be a zombie project!  After all, there must be more Sumatran Rat Monkeys out there. And apparently King Kong is still alive (search down the script on the net if you want, it's awesome).
