Really weird bad movie dream

Ok, I had this incredibly strange bad movie related dream lately.  I dreamt that I went way out in the woods to some video store that catered to bad horror movies.  They had some pretty crazy titles (sorry I can't remember them) and they were showing them on the tvs there.  Well suddenly they locked up all the doors and decided it was time to reinact a movie and i remember one of the guys working there saying "pick one with a lot of violence towards women" or something like that.  And they chained me up.  Some like slimey thing with tentacles was coming out of the wall and I don't remember how I got out (i think it entailed kicking some guy in the nuts) but I got out and they were chasing me in the woods, but let me get away when they saw another girl and a guy heading up to their store.  It was pretty weird, but it made me wish for a store like that around here (without the killing, torture and green thing).

Now and then I also have nightmares related to movies. I had a long series of dreams involving being chased by Aliens and nobody believing me. Last one I had was similar to "Airplane!" in tone and plot, by my angst at crashing was too real, at least before I woke up.

ha ha, that reminds me of a dream i had where there was this huge video store that sold all these really esoteric horror flicks, and they had this section with Japanese gore films and i remember one of the films had a cover that was just someone's insides hanging out, like a close-up picture of someone's stomach.  i wouldn't be surprised if that actually exist somewhere in this crazy world.

      I remember dreaming up some trivial rule or peice of information regarding movies.  It was something like "In order to show female extras getting offed onscreen, you have to have a certain number of lead actresses, or the lead actress has to be paid a certain amount."    It was pretty weird having a peice of information that specific comming from a dream, and I was surprised I could remember it.

 I've had dreams about being chased by aliens also. In one, there was this blimp-like spaceship floating outside my house, but nobody would get up to look because thy thought it was a joke. Then I went outside and there were these weird robot-like creatures standing in the yard.
