A nomination

     I find it hard to believe that one of my favorites has been so passed over.  But I have not seen it on this site or any other.  It is called Legend of the Golden Gun.  Aparently somone watched the original Star Wars a time or two and decided to make a Western.  Any other fans of this anticlassic out there?

Oh, yeah.  I saw this when it first appeared as a TV movie, and never managed to catch it again.  (Was it released on video, do you know?)

I'll never forget Hal Holbrook telling the blindfolded Luke stand-in, shooting at bottles, to use "his Instincts."  Yeesh.  It's amazing nobody got sued for this one, it's a scene-for-scene Star Wars rip-off.
