...or so it said on the back of a $3.95 video titled "Roboman" for sale on the table outside the movie store. --------*SPOILERS*--------------
I picked it up expecting a cheap rip on films like "Terminator" and "Robocop" etc.  What I got was a cold war psychodrama centering on an american scientist who gets into a car wreck.  The Russians get ahold of him and rebuild him, (better, stonger, and with a chrome finish that won't tarnish) and then send him home.  The rest of the movie centers on the americans trying to figure out if he is realy who he says he is.  A lot is explained through flashbacks.
The video was an official release and was recorded on extended play.  The color balance has a tendancy to switch during random moments.  The movie itself was alright, I've seen much worse.  It worked well for a low budget late 60's made for TV movie.  Anyone else watched it?

Next on the roster we have Ator the Invincible in "Blade Master" or as many MST3K fans know it, "Cave Dwellers".   This is going to hurt.  A lot.

Yes, I saw it several years ago on TV under the name "Who?". Not what I was expecting either, but I kind of liked it.
