I need help

Hey!  I saw this B-movie a loong time ago.  There were kids at a college and they wee staying at this dorm, i think.  This Goat woman thing kills off everyone except the lead guy and girl.  At the end of the movie, the Goat woman gets pulled out the window and I think eaten by a tree.  Anyone possibly know what the title of this movie is?

It sure is The Unnamable.  I love that damn movie, but the sequel is crap.  Even though it has John Rhys Davies saying "this is the language of Cthulhu himself" in it.
