Back in 1997 or so on the FX channel, there was a show that reviewed b-movies and almost did an audio commentary over clips of the movie that were shown. I don't remember what the name of that show was, nor do I remember a movie they featured on the show, but I remember the description of it pretty well.

It's about a pumpkin headed serial killer (not the Pumpkinhead series) who lives out of a barn on the edge of town and uses a scythe to kill his victims. Then a young, adolescent boy stumbles upon the pumpkinheaded man and befriends him and starts sitting down and talking with him on hay bales outside the barn at nights. The pumpkinheaded man talks with the kid about the kid's lust for his hot babysitter, and helps him figure out what is going on with his body.

That's all I remember. If you remember either the name of the show that was on FX, or the name of the movie, I would be very grateful.
