I will start out with 3 . . . you can all jump in and fill in the rest.

* THE THING WITH TWO HEADS
* THE MANSTER
* THE INCREDIBLE TWO-HEADED TRANSPLANT

"Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the hell alone."

Fearless Freep

Sheesh...pretty soon were gonna have "best monster made froma lizard and some glued on props"

=======================
Going places unmapped, to do things unplanned, to people unsuspecting

Voyage to the Center of the Earth, or did that lizard have a glued on back?  I can't remember that scene clearly right now.

Evil Dead 3 (very, very short part)

I didnt see THE INCREDIBLE TWO-HEADED TRANSPLANT in years, I think I was 7 or 8 and I was sleeping over at my friends house... It seems like a cool movie back then but that was 1977 or 1978...

Willow had the giant 2 headed dragon in the battle of Castle Galedorn (I think that's the name).

Willow touched the troll with Cherlindrea's wand and turned it into the dragon.

And what an ugly one it was!

Damn ugly!

Disney´s Hercules(more than two heads,but bear with me),
Star Wars;Episode I-The Phantom Menace,
Total Recall,
Men In Black 2,
any kaiju movie featuring King Ghidorah,
The Nutty Professor 2:The Klumps,
Warner Bros´s The King and I(at least according to my dad),
Quest For Camelot,
Bride Of Re-Animator,
Mortal Kombat:Anhilitation,
Harry Potter And The Soceror´s Stone(twice),
Army Of Darkness(for a brief moment),
Highway To Hell

That´s all I can think of.

HOW TO SUCCEED IN ADVERTISING AKA HOW TO GET AHEAD IN ADVERTISING had Richard E Grant growing a boil that eventually grows in to an evil head that takes over his (their?) body.   If the additional heads don't have to be human I would also add the Philippines' most famous Horror Figure, Zuma (the big bald green guy with two pythons growing out of his neck).

JohnL

How about the commercial for Mike's Hard Iced Tea where the guy has a "second evil head"? Whenever I'd see that commercial I couldn't help thinking "A SECOND evil head? What in addition to his original evil head?"

Evan3

Man, I know its not two, but I always invisioned anything with more than one head would turn out like the guy in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

 "Sir, if you were my husband, I would poison your drink."

--Lady Astor to Winston Churchill

"Madam, if you were my wife, I would drink it."

--His reply

Flangepart

Which guy? King Arther, or the old creep at the bridge of doom?
The Magic Sword had a two headed dragon, did it not?
And about this subject...which head is dominant? The Three headed knight had a heck of a time makeing up...its it his, or their mind?

"Aggressivlly eccentric, and proud of it!"

Dunners

HA! the three headed evil knight! love those guys!

BoyScoutKevin

I wonder who would say "The Magic Sword" w/ Basil Rathbone, Estelle Winwood, and Gary Lockwood, but, I don't remember the dragon having two heads. I thought it was the giant, who had two heads, but, let me check my sources, and see if I can find out for sure.

1962 seemed to be the year for two-headed monsters. There was also a two-headed giant in "The Three Stooges Meet Hercules."

Johnny Blister

I think nowadays the two-headed creature that  it´s more in the mind of the people is Scrad and Charlie from"Men In Black 2".

BoyScoutKevin

Flangepart, you were correct. It was the dragon and not the giant that had two-heads in "The Magic Sword."
There was also a two-headed roc in "The Voyage of Sibad," and for something with more heads, there was a seven-headed hydra in "Jason and the Argonauts" and, for a moment, a seven-headed Loch Ness Monster in "The Seven Faces of Dr. Lao."

Johnny Blister

Also,Fegan Floop´s assistant in"Spy Kids"and"Spy Kids 2".
