Leslie Cheung Died

Leslie Cheung, star of the excellent Chinese Ghost Story, has died.  More details can be found here.

I read about his death earlier, thinking I recognized the name, but not recognizing the movies the mainstream press listed.  Very depressing - he was excellent in Chinese Ghost Story.

That's really sad.  What's even worse is that it happened on April 1st, so automatically everyone assumes it's an April Fools prank.  Cheung was one of the better actors in HK right now and losing him is extremely unfortunate.  He was also great in A Better Tomorrow, both 1 and 2.  He will be missed.
