Looking for name of movie...

I'm looking for the name of a very, very bad movie. I saw it on MST3K about 2 weeks ago. It was some sci-fi movie, about some lone ship wandering the galaxy. The ship looked exactly like the ships from Battlestar Galactica(what a rip). The plot was about some soldier who was leading a revolt against the rest of the ship. There was a short, dogfight in space between the ship's pilots and some pirates(and the shots were definitely from BG). The main character was some big beefy pilot and his "sexy" girlfriend. It was quite pathetic to see him blow up dozens of enemies with his laser gun, many of which fell off catwalks. Oh, and one more thing that distinctly stood out, there were these weird little car things and there was a pathetic chase with them. Hopefully that helps, I really want to find out the name of this movie!

...and those WERE the ships from "Battlestar Galactica." As in, the footage was swiped from BG, and in the case of the title ship, run backwards. Does anyone know how the heck they got away with that? I would have thought Universal would've been up their ass with a size-twelve boot before Reb Brown had time to go "GWARRRRR!"

I love how they credit their movie on the box as having special effects by the same people who made Star Wars....... as in the people who made Star Wars also did the models for Battlestar Galactica, whose footage was stolen by the people from Space Mutiny, which of course gives them full right to claim ridiculous production teams. I love this movie :D

And I just started working on my "Yor" review, which does have Reb Brown, lasers, and railings yet again.  It was a weird thing watching that movie.  I had forgotten about the end fight, with them running around the set from "Space Mutiny."

i am looking for the name of this movie i watched when i was a kid. im 19 now. some kids go over this fence on this hill and find this cave with monsters in it. and one of their teachers is one of the monsters from that cave. and they put these needles or something on the back of their necks. thats all about it i remember. its like a kids movie or something. please help.
