Best and Worst sequals

IMHO, Halloween II was a good sequel because (1) they kept the original characters, (2) it gave a plot twist we didn't know about in the first one, and (3) it had the ability to end there....forever.

I HATE films that are already on sequels and leave the door wide open for another one.

'c.h.u.d. 2' - unwatchable.

i used to frequent a second hand cd and dvd place, and one day they had a vhs tape there marked only as 'c.h.u.d. 2' in red marker on the spine sticker.  i asked about it, and since it had no box and looked to be a dub, they just gave it to me.  my ex-roommate and i watched it and immediately after the movie's end went back to the store and gave it back to them, despite it being free.  that movie cannot be in a 15 foot radius of me, i refuse.

awesome sequels:
'halloween 3', 'leprechaun in the hood', 'maniac cop 2', 'nightmare on elm street 3', and so many more terrible movies i love.
