OT: Does anyone know this site?

Does anybody know of this on-line game where you think of any TV star in history, and the computer then asks several yes/no questions (like 'male or female?' or 'was the show on in the 70's?'). After a few questions, the computer is spookily able to get whatever TV star you thought of in your head EXACTLY right.

I've played around on the site, but I don't remember where it is.

The actual site is "Guess the TV star or Dictator" [sic].  You can think of a TV star or a dictator, as per the title.  If you type that into a search engine you may be able to find it quicker.
