Holy s**t they actually made a remake of this movie, and it actually dosn't look half bad.You can see the trailer at the official web site http://www.texaschainsawmovie.com/
It look pretty f**ked up from what ive seen.It kinda looks like it has an old school type of horror like 28 days does.It might be actually pretty cool.

Smells like popcorn and shame

I must agree that the new TCM looks fantastic.  Having never liked the original, I think this one might be a treat.

I'll certainly be in the theater opening night.

A bald man named Savalas visited me last night in a dream.  I think it was a Telly vision.

Hmmm . . . being a big fan of the original, I never thought I'd say this. But I agree. The trailer looks like they actually put some quality into this film. And it also looks like they used creepy locations and eerie lighting to set the proper mood. Let's pray for minimal CG effects, and we might actually end up with a decent movie.

I've only seen the original once and I loved it.
I've seen the remake with Renee Zellweger and Matthew McConaughey and I was disappointed in that one.

This new one however looks just as gritty and realistic as it's original 1974 predecessor.

It almost looks as if it has that Rob Zombie touch.

The only thing I noticed right away and wasn't too sure about is the rather large mansion it takes place in but who knows...maybe it'll make for a better story.

Looks to be a great remake.

And right before Halloween too!

What a treat!
