A MINUTE TO PRAY, AND A SECOND TO DIE (1967) - This is an Italian Western with a strange story of a gunfighter who loses control of his right hand as he tries to tack on a whole town. He thinks he has epilepse like his father before him, but a doctor solves the problem after taking a bullitt out of his back (guess he forgot about that bullitt being there). Earlier in the film the star goes to a town full of bad guys to find a docter friend, but when he arrives and ask for the doctor they point out the windo to find him hanging dead. The film also seems to focus on the plight of this town Esconedo that is poor due to these bad guys. There are a number of Italian films that focus on social and political problems.
