Can anyone idea these bad movie quotes?

I'm guessing they're both from horror movies, but I'm not sure.  Heard them in some sounds file and they sound REAL familiar to me, but I can't place them (hate it when that happens).  

Anyway, the first one goes, "You promised ME eternal life, instead you give it to a beautiful woman?!?"  (Or was it, "..you give IN to a beautiful woman"?)

Next one is a female (sounds kind of old) and she says sadly, "What's the good news?" and a male says, "Actually, that was it..."
