Fearless Freep

"Suspicious" by Hitchcock with Cary Grant.  I know it's the ending that the studio wanted and notHitch, but it was still pretty weak

---

The end of the remake of Breeders has a ending that off.

There are many such moments in that movie.  But I was wondering where that factory came from myself

Nightmare Weekend has an ending that makes no sense. The damn thing's so dark and garbled, I have no idea what the hell's going on.

Ditto here. Only Troma movie I've ever seen. Ending was totally messed up.  Like they ran out of time, budget, ideas, and lightbulbs simultanesouly

It took me a week to make up my mind on Donnie Darko's ending, and my friend happened the same way. Im still not sure I got it, buit wow, that is one hell of an ending.

Couldn't stand that movie, culminating in the ending.  Thought the story-writer was trying too hard to do something 'off' and 'cool' but didn't really have the ideas to back it up so half the movie is an attempt at artsy cinematic distraction to keep you from noticing that the writer really had no good ideas

But for sheer "has tha man gone mad!?!?" I would nominate the last half hour or so of "Blazzing Saddles"

City of the Walking Dead

I think it may be on this site, but the main character's climbing up something and zombies are about to get him.  Right before they get him, he wakes up (it was all a dream).  The movie STARTS OVER, gets to the part where the zombies first appear (where a plane lands and zombies come out), and freezes.  The words "THE NIGHTMARE BECOMES REAL" appear on the screen.

My friend and I both yelled WTF.

yup, blazing saddles is definitely WTF, and on the same similar type of WTF movies, i think that casino royale with woodey allen was definitley crazy.  i mean come on!! just people everywhere going nuts! crazy ending

Bernie

Greaser's Palace. A complete WTF movie.  And a great one.

The Ruling Class.  A truly chilling WTF ending.  Though completely logical in its own demented way.

Star Trek: Generations.  The truly lame death of Kirk defined WTF moments.  (I mean, I remember sitting there in the theater literally going "What the F***!?")

Flangepart

Yes!
I wanted "Generations" to have Kirk interracting with the Next Gen crew, and clashing with Picard's style of captiancy....but, Nooooo! Can't have that!
Next time they screw us, could we have sone Vasiline first?

"Aggressivlly eccentric, and proud of it!"

Fearless Freep

Yeah, Kirk's death was so anti-climactic after his life. That was really lame

G-man

Oh I've got some WTF endings...
WTF was with the ending of Time Bandits?!?
The kid's parents touch a glob of pure evil and explode, leaving the kid all by himself....WTF?!?
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon...... Our hero dies and the girl that fell in love with him jumps off a mountain......WTF?!?
They Live......The world is saved, but the hero (Roddy Piper) dies.....WTF?!?

Neon Noodle

Can't believe no one on here mentioned the ultimate WTF ending....

SLEEPAWAY CAMP,

That movie ending had me numb for about an hour!!! No spoilers, just rent the dang movie!

While on a journey, Chuang Tzu found an old skull, dry and parched.
With sorrow, he questioned and lamented the end of all things.
When he finished speaking, he dragged the skull over and, using it for a pillow, lay down to sleep.
In the night, the skull came to his dreams and said, 'You are a fool to rejoice in the entanglements of life.'
Chuang Tzu couldn`t believe this and asked, 'If I could return you to your life, you would want that, wouldn`t you?'
Stunned by Chuang Tzu`s foolishness, the skull replied, 'How do you know that it is bad to be dead?'

Watched part of "Dark City" last night and was reminded that, just because things worked out, didn't mean things were really right
