In Andrew's profile pic and many other websites I've visited...the phrase "All Your Base Are Belong To Us" is shown.

I'm guessing it's from a film I have yet to see (obviously because I don't know the answer) but I ask this:

Where the heck does that phrase come from!?

The line comes from a poorly translated Sega game called  "Zero Wing."  The phrase was quite popular a few years ago.
