I finally got around to removing this DVD from the shrink wrap and watching it.

It's your typical poorly dubbed, Italian EXORCIST rip-off from the 1970s.

It has been released under at least 3 different titles, including THE TORMENTED and THE SEXORCIST.

Here's the plot:  A statue of a crucified thief comes to life and has sex with a female artist.  Afterward, she sometimes acts like she's possessed, and sometimes acts normal.  At the end, she vomits a lot of green stuff, and is then "cured."

Here's the sub-plot:  The girl's mother cheats on her husband.  She enjoys being whipped with roses while she is naked.

The DVD is from a company called "Eclectic."  It is a full-frame version of the movie.  The picture quality is about as good as a VHS dupe.  The sound cuts in and out in a few scenes.  I also bought THE NIGHT EVELYN CAME OUT OF THE GRAVE from the same company.  The quality is about the same.  In addition, I bought VAMPIRES' NIGHT ORGY.  I haven't watched it yet, but I suspect that the quality is just as bad.
