Braindead/Dead Alive DVDs?

I've seen a few different versions of this movie on DVD on Ebay...can anyone suggest which is the definitive (I guess least cut) version, or the best DVD to get?      Also is there a decent version of Heavenly Creatures available yet? I remember reading that there was a crappy one out a few years ago, but nothing since....

Absolutely without a doubt....STAY AWAY FROM THE "R" RATED VERSION OF THIS FILM!!!

You want the UNCUT version.
I cannot stress this enough because the R rated version is horribly chopped up and all the good stuff is removed.

I'm pretty sure the unrated one is the one on US dvd.  There's also the Braindead uncut version with 8 minutes more (if I remember?) added to the unrated version.  I have it on tape, but I'm pretty sure it was released on dvd in other countries (Japan maybe?) in this uncut form.
