Hey, What movie is this?

Way back when I was just getting into Godzilla movies I rented this Giant Monster movie. I'm pretty sure it wasn't Japanese but it's not impossible. We didn't really see too much of the monster it mostly showed it's feet and when we saw it's face I think it had a beak and just two big white eyes but it was mostly dark and it made weird gurgeling noises I think. And I'm pretty sure it didn't really do much. All it really did was kill a couple of people (I don't know how). One point it walked up to a resturant and there's some people dancing around the building. And there's this drunk guy that is often drinking bottles of beer and once in a while he's kicked out of a bar and when he spoke it often sounded like "Grua ura nerea urkareae beer aereaerlae." And I sadly can't remeber where the monster came from or how it was killed but at the end of the movie the drunk guy goes over to a lake or something and starts drinking a beer when some bubbles pop up from the water and it makes some scary music. I remeber being disapointed by this movie.
