In another thread people listed TV shows that didn't last very long. Which of the news shows do you predict won't last more than a single season, if that? Here are my picks;

Century City - A court show set in the future. People like the current court shows because they're realistic, this is set in the future with the lawyers arguing futuristic cases. While you might argue that the stuff they're showing is just beginning to become reality now, it's not something you're likely to see argued in court for quite some time. I predict that people won't be that interested in cases about cloning and such.

Wonderfalls - A girl who sees and hears inanimate objects talking to her, encouraging her to do good deeds. Wow, a main character who seems to be clinically insane, there's a formula for a successful series.

Game Over - A CGI series about video game characters. When has any series about video games done well, let alone in prime-time?

Tru Calling - Eliza Dushku as a girl who the dead ask for help, then she relives the day over again and tries to save them. I like this show, but I can't see it lasting more than one season. It's just too strange for mainstream America.

I totally agree on Wonderfalls.

I like the girl who plays the main character but this show is certainly destined for failure.

Fluffy Catfood

Well technically its not that new, well it sort of is in Australia, but Punk'd, in fact I pray for its failure.

A lot of shows have a good concept, but there is no way they can sustain coming up with a new story every week.  I think sometimes American Tv needs to take a lesson from  the Brits and make some short series. They are doing this with Kingdom Hospital .

And you thought Trek isn't cool.

Game Over i kinda like. Its got the voice of the Tick!
Other then that.....whatever....

I kinda doubt Tripping the Rift is gonna last long.

Now it's time to sing the nation anthem IN AMERICA!!!
