Jeepers Creepers Creepy Movie

Is there anyone that enjoyed the new horror flick entitled  JEEPERS CREEPERS? I saw it last Friday, and it was quite creepy. The problem I had with it, was that the human characters were ANNOYING! The on saving grace, was the creature itself. And what's with the incomplete ending?

Know what's really creepy? Let's summarize the movie:

"Once upon a time, there was a boy and a girl. They saw somebody do a bad thing. Then they ran and told older people. Then they ran and told the police. But the older people and the police couldn't stop the bad man. The bad man caught the boy and took him away to a dark place and killed him. The boy screamed and cried as the bad man tore him apart and ate him. The bad man let the girl go but she knew the boy was dead and there was nothing she or anyone else could do about it."

Given the director's history, the oddly empty plotting and the excessively and pointlessly graphic ending of Jeepers Creepers suddenly make a lot more sense.

Unfortunately.

It's a "teaching tool" for him and his like-minded friends.
