this is a movie in the late 80's or early 90's about a air force jet crashing and the pilot blamed.  His wife doesn't believe the air force and invertigates herself to find the cause of the crash which she does.

There's a similar movie for which I cannot think of the title.  I thought it had Adam Baldwin in it, but an imdb search of his filmography did not reveal a clue.  Maybe it was just someone who reminded me of Baldwin.

This one is pretty cheesy and iirc was not a made for tv movie.  If I think of it, I'll post it.
