Romero's 4th dead movie (Dead reckoning???)

Anybody know anything more about this ??
Supposedly Romero would have gotten a 10 million deal if he made it a movie which would get an R rating, but he backed off and now he's (supposedly) getting a 3 million deal for an NC-17 rated movie because he thought he owed it to the fans not to realease anything R-rated.
I got this from IMDB and I guess it's old news but can anybody tell me more about this ? I'm not asking for release dates or actors (that would be idiotic :P) just for little bits of info any of you could have picked up somewhere.

Don't think that Dead Reckoning  is going to be made any time soon.  Romero's next project is actually Diamond Dead (diamonddead.com).  This film is really picking up speed being as Tony Scott and Ridley Scott have signed on to produce.  

As for a new dead film, it seems that a new Day Of The Dead has already been made - but very much under the radar.  Check out some info on it here:

Yeah I've heard about diamond dead and it sounds pretty neat. I mean he's (Romero) asking his fans about what he should put into his movie... One of the greatest ideas ever :) I'm looking forward to it.

I also knew about the 'day' remake but what I'm really looking forward to is a bigger-budget new dead movie. And I know you are too :)
