Off the top of my head there's the Sydney opera house and, um, uh, wait, give me a minute. . .ok, I guess I'll have to read the article.  Nice to see that they're giving Tokyo a break though.  Seriously, after getting mashed down a couple dozen times, why would anyone build in Tokyo, let alone live there?
