Possible DVD of old anti-drug movies?

I remember reading somewhere that some company had gotten together a bunch of old anti-drug commercials and restored them for a DVD. The only commercial the mentioned was one where the announcer shows how smoking pot can lead to "Swing Dancing" and "Skimmy Dipping"

Hmmm, Maybe that has some odd tie in to the Friday the 13th movies.
