Woof, you would think it might have some redeeming features...

I guess it did have one.  Shortly after finishing some awful lines, Charles Napier's expression told me exactly what he was thinking.  It went like this:

"Jesus Christ!  The things I do to pay the mortgage."

Other than that, what the heck?  The hero had a face like a moon pie (it's http://us.imdb.com/Name?Z%27Dar,+Robert">Robert Z'Dar - he pops up from time to time in b-movies) and Brion James was playing the part of some loopy scientist!  Okay, so maybe Brion gave me the giggles every time I saw him.

There are a few scenes nearly stolen from the Frogtown movie as well.  The totally unnecessary "erotic dance" number was one of them.

Yeah, this was a bad one.  Too bad, because I absolutely love "Hell Comes to Frogtown."  The commentary on the DVD is great, and D. Jackson is quite an odd, interesting duck.  I've been looking for that documentary somebody made about him making "My Demon Lover"....
