Titled Alien Seige by the SciFi channel but listed as Alien Blood on IMDB.  Aliens show up demanding 8 million humans to use for a cure to a disease which is killing their race.

Brad Johnson plays a scientist who rebels when his daughter is chosen in the lottery to go with the aliens. Carl Weathers is the general in charge of gathering up and delivering the lottery winners.  I' m assuming he joins the resistance.

There were a couple of nice reviews of this on the IMDB site, I had a helluva time finding out about it because the title is listed differently.

The movies airs Saturday  Feb. 26 at  8:00pm Central time. I believe Alien Blood is the title of some other bad movie that was released by Troma.

And you thought Trek isn't cool.

I know that there's really original anymore, but I can't shake the feeling that the creators of this film ripped off an HBO movie/special called Cosmic Slop, which was an anthology movie with 3 different stories. In the first one, aliens come to Earth and offer to solve all the world's problems, but in return, they want all the black people in the world delivered to them. The reason for this demand is never revealed (that I recall), and the story mainly focuses on the debate over giving in to the aliens. In the end, they agree and everyone who is black is rounded up and given to the aliens.

I guess the makers of Alien Siege decided to make it a little more PC.
