Return of the living Dead 3 (1993)

I know most people have seen this but I think it gets a bad rap. I know its not really in line with the rest  on the series, and it has plot hole like crazy but I liked it more than two. I am probably blinded by Melinda Clarke even when she turns to a zombie (yes I know I am sick).

Oh and I have a question theirs a uncut version of the film I read at the IMDB boards thats only available in England. Anyone know were I can get in Region 1 dvd? Besides Ebay?

Region 1 is for the states Rich. I believe that the most recent release to VHS and DVD here was the uncut version, at least mine was. It should be marked on the slipcover/case as to whether it is the uncut or R version. The uncut version has more graphic artwork on the box showing the glass sticking out of her head.

Menard I checked E-bay. The thing is the dvd version in the states are the R rated version.The Europe dvd is the uncut one. The US does not have the uncut version on DVD. I have to get it on VHS for the uncut.

In checking on Amazon, the current DVD is the R version. They did release an uncut version several years ago, at least on VHS, but it may be difficult to find. It is interesting that the runtime listed for the R version is longer than that listed for the uncut version. If I run across anything, I will let you know. You might also want to check through the used sellers at Amazon and see if any of them specify their copy as uncut.

After checking, I found that out. It seems strange to have released the uncut version on VHS, but not on DVD. That is why I thought it had been released on DVD as well (ugh). I checked one place for the Region 2 PAL DVD and it was $29.99. What Brand and model of DVD player do you have? I can tell you if it can be modified to play the DVD.

I have a Sony dvd/cassette recorder model number SLV-D100. Thought I was saving buying a dvd with a cassette player. Too bad the dvd player aint that good.

There are no hacks available for your model. If you decide to get another model sometime down the road and would like to get one with multi-region and PAL capability, let me know and I will recommend some models for you.

Even though the second movie had more of the feeling from the first movie, I like the third movie more. Damn that looked painful when the Zombie woman filled her body and fingers with SHARP stuff to look freaky. Ouch!
