Here ya go, Flange.  You had a few typos in the link:

(1) you had http.// rather than http:// (note the colon)
(2) you had no closing tag; the one AFTER the link should be /img, not just img
(3) link had www.smileys.ws/angry/00000037.gif but it should be www.smileys.ws/sm/angry/00000037.gif (note the extra sm directory).
