VOYAGE TO THE PLANET OF PREHISTORIC WOMEN (1968) - It's one of the films that borrows footage of the Russian film PLANETA BUR (1962). It's really a good film except the Mamie Van Doren and crew of Women on Venus. The film has a lot of good things to offer like the scale model spaceship launch, the robot, the lizard creatures, the plant, the lava, space station, and the land/sea cruiser.  I've seen this film in the form of VOYAGE TO A PREHISTORIC PLANET (1965) which is the lesser of the three I imagine. The original Russian film must be the best even though I haven't seen the entire film.

I like this one about as much as VOYAGE TO THE PREHISTORIC PLANET.  They're both fairly innocent fun, and this one has the plus+ of Mamie Van Doren and her bevy of beauties.  I like the way the worship the flying pteradactyl like creature and later on worship a new god (no spoilers).

Would still like to see it in it's orignal form PLANETA BUR a.k.a PLANET OF STORMS. The added parts are bizarre, but the original footage is so good that it takes away from what it was suppose to be. Like you said it's still fun eithier way.
