Please list for me every acquatic monster movie you can think of, the more obscure the better.  My friend and I want to kick off our bad movie site with a water monster feature.  Because water monsters are just scary.
Kneel before Dr. Hell, the ruler of this world!

Octaman, Creature from Black Lagoon, The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms, Piranha (and sequels), and one where a giant octopus destroys a bridge (I don't rememember the name).

The  Phantom from 10 000 Leagues.

There was also a run of "Underwater Alien Ripoffs" in the late 80's/earkly 90's.  The Abyss, Deepstar 6, and some other ones.

I'd add both "Humanoids from the deep", am extrangley effective Corman production from the 80s, and "Dagon" by Stuart Gordon, although you may be disappointed with this last one. It's a very good film, but you may feel it doesn't have what you are looking for.
Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.

"The Horror of Party Beach" is a great one.  I am currently working on a review which should be published around 18 June.

"Bog" just came to DVD.

"Up from the Depths"
"The Crater Lake Monster"
"Monster"
"Beneath Loch Ness"
"Tentacles"
"The Beast" (1996)
"Island Claws"
"Screamers" (1979)
"Leviathan"
"Unknown Origin"
"The Flesh Eaters"
"Lords of the Deep"
"The Sea Serpent"
"The Bermuda Depths" (if you can find a copy)
"Tintorera"
"Creatures from the Abyss"
"Gorgo"
"Gappa"
"Varan"
"Zaat"

Roger Corman's "Creature from the Haunted Sea"- Truly horrifying.

Creature From the Haunted Sea!!
Creature From the Haunted Sea!!
 . . . just wonderful . . .
Yes, all Humanoids From the Deep -- I actually prefer the second one/the remake, due to bigger budget & better acting, though the rubber suited monsters are even cheesier than the first one!
Jaws! dammit . . .
Yes, Gorgo:  Fantastic!
Ditto Tentacles --
Check out Megalodon -- can't remember who did this one
Ed means Ray Harryhausen's It Came From Beneath the Sea -- the Octopus destroys the Golden Gate, I think -- sheer perfection --
The Monster That Challenged the World -- a giant Planaria -- is another great one
Attack of the Crab Monsters takes place mostly on land, but the crabs are aquatic, so maybe this counts --

I have no idea what this means.

Just Plain Horse

I'm not sure if it fits squarely into the "aquatic monsters" category, but Godzilla vs. the Sea Monster was always my favorite. Rock Lobster!

There's a new Korean flick called the host coming out.  Drawing comparisons to Jaws from some.  It's called The Host.

StatCat

What's the name of the one by Armando De Ossorio? (director of the blind dead movies) never saw it though, but I know that's a sea monster type movie

Hydra-Monster of the Deep aka Hydra aka The Sea Serpent is the movie you're thinking of.

Gotta love IMDB....

Dr. Whom

Viking Women and the Sea Serpent. Also Godzilla is technically a sea monster.

The Burgomaster

How about::

* ATTACK OF THE GIANT LEECHES
* MONSTER FROM THE SURF
* THE SHE-CREATURE
