The editing was horrible, an oil refinery is sunk to "save" the environment, and the original title was "Rainbow Warrior." C'mon, it was so bad it was good!

Steven Seagal probably should get his own sub-genre in badness.

Professor Hathaway:  I noticed you stopped stuttering.
Bodie:      I've been giving myself shock treatments.
Professor Hathaway: Up the voltage.

Hey, infernalhatred, as you say "On deadly ground" is not featured in this site, but if you haven't you really should read Ken Begg's take on this one. He hosts a site Called "Jabootu's Bad Movie Dimension" at Jabootu.com

He also has a sidesplitting review on "The Patriot", another Steven Seagal film with environmentalist message.
Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.

Scott

I kinda like this film and not because of the enviromental angle. It wasn't a great film for him and he hardly used any martial arts. This film took Seagull into Claude Van Dam B-Movie territory. He still hasn't recovered.

It often turns out that the reason a movie does not appear under the reviews is "So many films, so little time."

That and "On Deadly Ground" is more widely known that something like "Syngenor."  Several other critics have given their take on it, let alone Ken Begg's marathon articles.  Plus, Ken really likes to review movies like "On Deadly Ground."  I tend to lean toward "Remo Williams" or "Message from Space."
