Another 80's horror film name.....

I remember seeing the advertisement for this when I was young.  All I remember is that there is a woman in a bed (the room looked old and the paint faded), there was a spider on the ceiling and there was a voice (no one else was in the room) telling here to open here mouth.  She did and the spider dropped right into her mouth and the she set up.

Any ideals?????

This came up recently on the BMMB.

I'm fairly certain it is Deadly Blessing. I can still remember the TV ads for it, showing the spider falling into the woman's mouth.
