Trevor I always feel bad for people with b'days and anniversaries on that day. But even now, in SA, you have trouble with this. Huh?

Most of my birthdays after 18 sucked, that one was good, but it was the last time I saw one of my best friends who was killed in car wreck two weeks later, bittersweet memories there.

So I tend to hide the date from most people, since they either forget or it goes badly anyway. Nothing personal to anyone here, I really hide it from people I interact with IRL. It excuses them from remembering mine since I'm bad at remember b'days of other people as well. I finally learned to remember my mom's b'day after years of thinking it was in a different month. My dad's was easy since it was a Holy Day of Obligation so no credit for remembering that one.
