This is lifted from a crappy, worn VHS, but it's my understanding that the theme song was not included on the DVD. And that theme song is both hypnotic and laughable at the same time.

I think it is from an original italian print. I will look for an original VHS tape of it on Amazon used to see if it is there.

Neither DVD copy I have in my collection (one is part of a 20-movie set) have this song.  Man, that is a rotten shame.  Awful theme songs are a rite of passage for some movies.

I contacted the guy who posted the video and he said the beginning intro was an extra at the end of another movie he had on VHS. The whole movie wasn't on there, just the beginning.

I again contacted the guy who put the video up and he told me the site to get the DVD or VHS of War of the Planets with two songs not used in any other release! The link to but it for 20.00 is at:
