Enjoyed the proposal scene very much.

Too bad Sparrow didn't start saying "Malkovich!" during his imprisonment in the Locker.  But, that'd have been too much of a discontinuity.

A confused overstuffed mess, if there were a bigger midnite movie circuit (like in the old days) with trippy/head movies this would be a good candidate. It was fun to watch even though I got tired of trying to sort out the plot twists and tons of characters. I enjoyed it more than the second one but much less than the first one. Depp is a big part of why I liked it, the Locker scenes were great fun, and his line delivery at other times was pretty fun as well.

Keith Richards was fun in a brief cameo, looking like something out an Alan Moore/Kevin O'Neill comic. Orlando Bloom still can't act worth a damn, for his career's sake his looks better hold up. Great visual effects, but it all got overwhelming after a while.

Overall the parts are more interesting than the whole.
