I'm sure the movie sucks, but the producers deserve your dollar for coming up with that title.

Anyway, I got

for $4.  An older release with a much lamer cover, unfortunately.  I don't know when I'll finally get around to viewing it, but I'm glad to have it.

Yep...liked it so much I bought a copy before I even sent the rental copy back to Netflix...

InformationGeek

Won these season sets in an EBay contest for $25.  If I bought them for any other store, I would have paid up to 100.  Thank God for EBay.

We live in quite an interesting age. You can tell someone's sexual orientation and level of education from just their interests.

Joe the Destroyer

My copy of Dario Argento's Door Into Darkness came in today.  YAAAY!

It's missing a disc...

BOOOOOOO!

The Burgomaster

These DVD purchases arrived in my mailbox today:

* THE CURSE OF HER FLESH / THE TOUCH OF HER FLESH / THE KISS OF HER FLESH triple feature (from Something Weird) - 1960s "adults only" nonsense.

* SPIDER BABY - I'm ashamed to say I have never seen this one!

* THE PROFESSIONALS - Late 1960s western with Burt Lancaster, Lee Marvin, Robert Ryan, Woody Strode, Jack Palance, Ralph Bellamy, and Claudia Cardinale

* HITCH HIKE - A 1970s exploitation flick with David Hess from LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT.

* LOST SOULS - "Directed by Tun Fei Mou (MAN BEHIND THE SUN), this Shaw Brothers exploitation classic pits a trio of innocent victims against a sadistic torturer. When three young adults attempt to flee China for the less-oppressive government of Hong Kong, they are quickly captured by a human smuggler who proceeds to sap them of their will to go on. A cult favorite for its audacious violence, LOST SOULS is an action-packed paean to the miracle of human endurance."  (I can't wait to see this one!)

"Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the hell alone."

A Clockwork Orange.  I accidentally bought a Blu-Ray instead of a DVD, so I have to watch it at a friend's house.  Afterward, I'm going to give away the disc in a review-writing contest.

They make for nice coasters, but I wouldn't recommend long-term exposure to either film.

Psycho Circus

I haven't seen 2 yet, but 1 was a great bad movie experience... definitely worth 50 cents.  I'd call it a score.
