Just went to the record store last night and found a BUNCHA stuff, but was forced to narrow my decision down to 2:
This one I bought mainly for Warriors of the Wasteland. the other one looks kinda dull, but it was only like 7 bux.

Watched this one with some unsuspecting pals. It was pretty good, had some parts in the middle that really dragged though, but overall, it was worth it. I hear that there is a 10th anivursary dvd as well, but i dont think it has any additional footage or anyhting.

The other ones that I was debating between wer The Howling, Cemetary Man, Halloween 3, Fritz the Cat, and Theatre of Blood with Vincent Price.

It was a fun weekend for me.  The library was holding its annual sale where everything is 50 cents, a movie rental store is going of business so everything is for purchase, and the pawn shop has dropped DVD prices from 4.99 to 2.99.  It was the perfect time to get a lot of movies, so here's the list:

Nukie (Hey Nukie2!  What's your thoughts on this?)
Judge Dread
Batman: Mask of the Phantsom
Small Soliders
Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Brain that Wouldn't Die
Blue Demon
Ice Spiders
Commando
Mammoth
Larva
Venomous
Kaw
KvC: Komodo Vs. Cobra
Nothing, But Trouble.

What a load!

Twelve cents (plus $2.98 shipping).  Cerina Vincent in a tank top should certainly be worth 12 cents I think.

Over the last couple days: "Death Race 2000";
                                     -"And Soon The Darkness";
                                     -"Dracula" (The 1979 Langella/Olivier one).
There are few things more beautiful than a sporting montage with a soft-rock soundtrack

Becasue I was bored.  Seriously, that's the only reason.

But it's got a 2.7 rating on IMDb.

Oh wait, that's out of 10.  Oh oh.  :teddyr:

That's nice you are jealous and stuff.  Personally, I would suggest you check out rental stores that tend to have a lot of obscure and weird movies that normal stores like Blockbuster tend not to have.  I'm pretty sure Mammoth would probably show up in one of those stores.

Personally, I mixed feeling about this purchase.  The idea of a killer mammoth sounds cool, but the fact that there was only an one sentance description on the back of the DVD case made me pause.  Even the case for Frogs, Monster A Go-Go, and Disaster Movie had more than one sentance for a description.

The Creature from the Haunted Sea, The Star Wars Holiday Special (not joking!), the brain from planet arous, a lot of Corman movies, and the giant claw.
ps, my dad has a friend who owns all of these, that's where he got it from!
