I thought of Uncle Meat by FRANK ZAPPA and THE MOTHERS OF INVENTION (though the guy in the video looks like HARVEY KEITEL and a bit later...) but TEDDY and THE PATCHES apparently have a noted history.  I listen to a lot of garage rock so I loved it but never heard it before.
