Back in the '70s there was a number of bands of which I bought every album. Black Sabbath-all Jimi Hendrix albums-even though he was dead-Pink Flyod-who I can't stand now,Steppenwolf,and LED ZEPPILIN-cuz it was the early 70's and I was a kid.

Dig this-Johnny Winter played at Woodstock. Not many folks know that. My dead brother Richie-who was at Woodstock with my Ma in 1968-(he was 3) Got high with Johnny in 1996 in K-zoo.
Lotsa folks dont know-Johnny played Woodstock.

my Ma was there-took my 3 year old brother Richie-hes dead now-I was in Marlboro NY watching Chiller Theater-they played TWO ON A GUILLOTINE (1965)
An old black woman was baby sitting us-she brought some old guy over-her boyfreind-he was real drunk. Snot was running out his nose onto the chair he was passed out in. Me and Mike were jumping on the bed singing 'Sugar Sugar' by the Archies. The old gal-we called her  Auntie Mae-I don't know her real name-sang 'Shorting Bread' to us. She was nice.
I was very young in 1969-but I remember it like yesterday. It sticks in my mind. Because I went into an orphanage (wasn t there long-a year-my Dad grabbed us) and never saw my Ma again until 1979.
Don't matter. Ma and Dad are dead.
