That's got the two songs everybody thinks of with TODD RUNDGREN... right?   I never owned it, though I probably had the songs on 45 or a collection!

I listened to something called strawberry alarm clock just to confirm there actually was such a thing.

Yep, it's got a couple of catchy love song hits along with some experimental stuff. Seems like something you'd dig, actually.

In a RUNDGREN mood, eh?  That album Something / Anything? has always been highly regarded.  I think some other TODD belongs in the Weird Music thread.

I'm listening to an ELVIS / BJORK / GLORIA GAYNOR mix...  :teddyr:

and LES PAUL & MARY FORD  JIMI HENRIX  SAMMY DAVIS JR.  LOUIS ARMSTRONG  MILES DAVIS

Not really... I am just listening to some albums AMG rates at 5 stars, that are available on Amazon Prime, that I hadn't heard before. I haven't found any new favorites, but I am expanding my listening habits and enjoying the experiment.

Wow.  I think I hated that DEVO record when it was new meaning "Jocko Homo".  Don't waste your time.  Here:

My computer sucks and I can't actually view the videos embedded on this site directly.  I tried copying the links and pasting, says there's an error. I can embed them from YouTube.  Just can't view directly from here.

Hadn't heard this before. Like it. No hits (unless you count "Burn Down the Mission") but some great songs. I did not realize he recorded another version of "Madman Across the Water" before the album of the same name. (It's a rock-ier version with great guitar from Mick Ronson. I might even prefer it.)
