DEAD LEAVES original soundtrack. I had to order it from Japan but I got it for under $20 even with international shipping. Part of my obsession to collect the soundtrack for every movie in 366 Weird Movies' official list. It's actually high-quality electronica--not a genre I especially adore, but it is quite listenable.

^ Just listened to "Midnight Rambler" one of my favorite STONES songs... the mix seemed different to me.

LED ZEPPELIN Presence

I owned this great album for years and always liked the cover for what I took as its simplicity, a family sitting down for dinner out, until one day someone pointed out to me that what I'd taken to be a black candlestick or flower vase in the center of the table is meant to be some weird, possibly mind-warping object/artifact/idol/taboo, possibly from space/the depths of time/an alternate dimension/the unknown, and after I was told I saw it in a new light and went, "Ohhh..."

Great song, great video, great homage to a great film. I been on a Queen kick this year. (If Freddie had lasted one more year there's a good chance he'd still be alive, dammit.)
