I sae a small part of this at a friends house on TV, so i dont know if it was tv series, a made for tv movie, or a movie on tv, and i also dont know if I saw the begining, middle, or end. The part that I saw was this regular guy picks up this hitchhiker and the hitchhiker pulls a gun on the guy and tells him to do something, but the driver doesnt want to so he crashes the car and flipps it upside down, in atempt to kill the hitcher, who is not wearing his seatbelt. But its all in vain, because now the hitcher is laying on the bottom of the car, unharmed while the driver (wearing a seatbelt) is susspended upside down in his seat, helpless. The hitcher is about to shoot the guy but then something knockes them both out. A wind up teeth in a paper bag in the back of the car crawls out. When the driver wakes up, its night and he sees the teeth dragging the corpse of the hitcher away.

Id like to see the rest of this one, but I need to know the title. Any ideas? Guesses?

It's based on a Stephen King short story but I don't really want to look through my anthologies to find the one.

In the story, the teeth bit off the hitchhiker's testicles.

I think this is called Quicksilver Highway.

Yeah, you guys are both right.  Quicksilver Highway was a made-for-TV movie that adapted "Chattering Teeth" by Stephen King and "The Body Politic" by Clive Barker... it plays like any other horror anthology, though with quite a bit less gore.  KYGOTC, it has been released to VHS and DVD so chances are pretty good you'll find it at your local video store.

Some other worthwhile multi-story stories:
Body Bags
Creepshow + sequel
Tales From the Dark Side: The Movie
Tales From the Hood
Trilogy of Terror + sequel
Two Evil Eyes
