Made for tv movie about a guy with a super-suit

Ok, this was in the late 70's or early 80's.  My recollection is pretty fuzzy but I think these are some general points about the movie:

The main character was black.
He was a paraplegic (possibly a quad).
He had a armor suit, which made him almost a walking tank.
I seem to remember a scene of him busting through a brick or concrete wall.

That's about all I have.  I seem to remember really liking this, but I'm sure in hindsight it will suck.  Any help on the title will be much appreciated.

Wow, that description is pretty spot on, but I'm sure the show I'm talking about was out in the late 70's or early 80's.  I remember being a kid when I watched it.  I could be wrong about the guy being black.  I'll have to see if I can watch M.A.N.T.I.S. somewhere and see if it rings any bells.

Going back even earlier, there was Exo-Man (1977), though from what I recall, that guy wasn't black, so it may not be the one.

I was thinking M.A.N.T.I.S. as well.  I recall watching it when it first came on TV and then the short lived series that followed it.  But, that was the early 90s or so.

Exo-man is definitely in the timeline I'm thinking of.  The suit doesn't quite look like I remember, but what the hell to I know, I was a kid, hehe.  Gotta check out that youtube clip.
