I'm curious, of those pictures, are there any where he looks relatively normal and is not staring at the camera while sitting in that weird "drunk fat guy" way?

The blue hair was real.  Unfortunately, my little sister had recently discovered the joys of punk rock and, during a visit, decided to update DK's style accordingly.  Food coloring.

BTW, what about the whole sleeping thing?  If i had a cat like that I wouldn't not want to wake up to those glowing eyes staring at me.  In fact, a cat like that I'd have this nagging feeling that he's going to try and kill me in my sleep and probably put him in a locked room before I went to bed...
