yes... No.1 is most likely "Shockwaves"

The plot point of one of the zombies being the father of a little girl makes it 99.9% certain to be "Zombie Lake" as was identified earlier. 

Besides, Shockwaves takes place in the Caribbean and co-stars Peter Cushing and John Carradine....

Any B-Movie fan would have remembered at least one of those two actors being in it.
