Obscure (and bad) 70's or early 80's vampire film

This is the place for vague "what was that film?" questions, so I'll add one. When I was a kid I remember catching parts of a film that had a killer in it. A vampire actually. But rather than fly, he used to sort of jump long distances. The best scene I can remember is: he was walking through a house chasing a girl. She's pushing down furniture, pleading with him, asking what he wants. "Do you want sex? Do you want to rape me? I'll make it feel good."  He eventually bites her I think. I remember a blue van as well. Man, that's random. Good luck to all of us with this one. I don't think it's the Count Yorga films, but I suppose it could be. It was set in Los Angeles I think, or at least filmed there. Somewhere in California. Set in modern 70's or 80's times. And I'm pretty sure it was a bad film, so Nightstalker would probably be too high quality for this one. Any help at all is greatly appreciated!

Could this be "Martin?"  It's been years since I saw the film, but it played around with whether he was really a vampire or deranged.  I also believe there was an agonizing sequence involving the murder of a young woman that might match the scene you describe.

Thanks much. Had a look on imdb. Could be Martin. I'll check it out. Thanks again! Anyone else recognize the extremely vague plot I outlined extremely vaguely?

Martin didn't bite people - he used a razor blade and syringes. He didn't display any kind of supernatural powers and you are never really sure if he's a real vampire or a just a very disturbed young man.

So it's probably not MARTIN.

Possibly GRAVE of the VAMPIRE?

In the second clip is William Smith sitting next to the girl in the classroom...he's a vampire too in the film!
Supernatural?...perhaps. Baloney?...Perhaps not!" Bela Lugosi-the BLACK CAT (1934)

Lugosi-"No. Dracula-never ends."

Yeah, GRAVE OF THE VAMPIRE popped in my mind for this one as well.

Wouldn't be MARTIN he was ashamed of "the sexy stuff"
