X-Men animated movie (from the 80s)

Yes I know it's not technically a movie but my friend has this X-Men animated VHS that was pre-90s cartoon and a whole hell of a lot cheesier.  Wolverine talks like an aussie and Cyclops talks like your typical 50s hero.  Yeah X is getting hard to match with titles.
